SentinelOne® is one of the world’s largest publicly traded cybersecurity companies, operating across enterprise and commercial markets with hundreds of sellers globally, thousands of customers, and a rapidly expanding product portfolio.
They selected Actively to help operationalize Intelligence-Led Revenue across its global go-to-market organization. The deployment spans enterprise and commercial teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ, coordinated through seven dedicated workstreams focused on pipeline generation, deal execution, customer expansion, and renewals.
“Our top-performing reps were already asking for an always-on system that could synthesize signals across every data source, surface what matters, and guide teams on what to do next,” said Nicolas Day, VP of Global GTM Strategy and Enablement. “That vision aligned closely with what Actively has deployed at enterprise scale.”
Day sits at the intersection of systems, process, and execution across a rapidly scaling global revenue organization, where one problem kept surfacing: critical signals across customer activity, pipeline movement, call recordings, buying behavior, product telemetry, renewals, account research, and intent data were spread across dozens of disconnected systems, making it increasingly difficult for teams to continuously synthesize information and act on it at scale.
That challenge became increasingly important as SentinelOne explored how AI could help its global revenue organization operate more proactively and at greater scale.
Deploying Per-Account Agents™ Across the Revenue Organization
SentinelOne is working directly with Actively's Agent Product Managers and Forward-Deployed Engineers to deploy and customize Per-Account Agents™, operationalize use cases, and accelerate time to outcome across the revenue organization.
The work is organized around five focus areas:
Pipeline generation — top-of-funnel account prioritization and outreach guidance
Deal execution — AE deal intelligence and next-best-action recommendations
Expansion and NRR — proactive customer expansion and renewal strategies
ICP and win intelligence — win-pattern analysis applied across global lookalike accounts
Tool consolidation — fragmented sales-intelligence workflows unified into a single proactive operating system, replacing redundant tooling and eliminating separate workflows and logins
Actively's Per-Account Agents™ are designed to continuously synthesize signals across CRM, call recordings, enrichment systems, customer telemetry, and external sources to help teams prioritize and execute in real time.
As part of the deployment, those agents will be grounded in SentinelOne's own ICP frameworks, command-of-message assets, competitive positioning, and win/loss signals — so recommendations reflect how SentinelOne actually wins deals and improve as agents learn from outcomes.
Built to Scale Across Complex Revenue Organizations
For a security-first company operating across multiple products, geographies, and GTM segments, deploying AI at this scale required a rigorous evaluation process.
SentinelOne assessed Actively across data handling, architecture, model controls, scalability, and deployment flexibility — including data flow validation, zero data retention controls, system permissions, and governance across best practices.
The company also conducted a broad competitive assessment across both legacy GTM vendors and newer AI-native platforms before selecting Actively to help operationalize Intelligence-Led Revenue across the revenue organization.
What Comes Next
For SentinelOne, the work is not about layering AI onto existing workflows.
This deployment is part of a broader transition from systems of record to systems of intelligence. It’s about helping revenue teams identify what matters faster, operate more proactively, and scale the judgment of the company’s best operators across every account and region.
That work is happening in close partnership between SentinelOne’s GTM leadership teams and Actively’s Agent Product Managers and Forward-Deployed Engineers as the deployment expands across the business.
“Companies are reaching a point where the complexity of revenue has outpaced what humans can continuously manage alone,” said Anshul Gupta, Co-founder and President of Actively. “The organizations pulling ahead are the ones building systems that help teams reason across that complexity in real time.”
If your team is exploring how AI can move beyond isolated workflows and help operationalize Intelligence-Led Revenue across GTM, we’d love to talk.
